BetaClimate designs, manufactures, and deploys outdoor air purification systems, including the VAAN standalone unit, the AntiPollution mobile fleet (AntiPollution 3, 5, and 8), and the VAAN OS / VAAN AI monitoring and intelligence platform. Specific commercial terms, pricing, lease arrangements, service levels, and installation timelines for any deployment are governed by a separate signed agreement between BetaClimate and the client, which takes precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, VAAN OS dashboards, or related systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of the site.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, product names ("VAAN", "AntiPollution", "VAAN OS", "VAAN AI"), diagrams, and imagery, is the property of BetaClimate or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our filtration technology, including the multi-stage vortex and mist filtration process, is protected under patents applied for and pending. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Performance figures referenced on this website — including AQI reduction percentages, PM2.5/PM10/PM1 removal efficiency, and airflow capacity — are based on independent testing, including verification by NITTTR Chandigarh, and internal engineering data. Actual performance may vary depending on site conditions, ambient weather, deployment density, and maintenance schedule. Site-specific performance guarantees, where applicable, are set out exclusively in a client's deployment agreement.
Where a client leases or purchases a VAAN or AntiPollution unit, use of the unit is subject to the applicable deployment agreement, which will cover installation, maintenance responsibilities, warranty terms, insurance, ESG/CSR reporting deliverables, and end-of-term arrangements.
Access to VAAN OS dashboards is provided to clients for the purpose of monitoring deployed units and reviewing air quality reporting. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to them. Use of VAAN OS is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The website and general information provided on it are supplied on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of information published here, BetaClimate makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all figures reflect real-time product specifications, which may be updated as our technology evolves.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetaClimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to deployed units and services is governed exclusively by the relevant signed deployment agreement.
